Making love all night is an ideal that seems out of reach for most men. Why? Most can't control the duration of their erection, that's why. They come too quickly and stay flaccid for longer. But really, it doesn't have to be that way. If you follow a few useful steps outlined below, you'll enjoy longer, sweeter, sensuous sex with your female partner.

1. Make Sure You Are Fit.

Do you lead a sedentary lifestyle? Does your work involve sitting in one place for hours at a stretch. If the above applies to you, then you need raise both your fitness and energy level through exercise. Get a good fitness instructor to design an easy-to-follow routine for you. For the health of your heart and circulation, include jogging or stool-stepping exercise. Get a couple of indoor weights for strength training. The benefits of exercise show up only with regular practice. Exercise is a stress buster. It has a salutary effect on levels of testosterone in the male body. Higher levels equal higher sex drive.

2. Eat right.

Yes. What you eat before sex has a lot to do with your performance in bed. If you must eat before sex, stick to easy-to-digest food and fruits. Heavy meal before sex will only lock down your sexual energy. Digestion needs a lot of blood flow to the stomach. Blood also concentrates around the genitals during sex. The two activities obviously need to be scheduled right to avoid a clash. If you insist on heavy food before sex, you'll come down with poor performance with indigestion thrown in as a bonus.

3. Practice Deep Breathing during Sex.

If you carry out slow, deep breathing during sex, you'll gain more control over your ejaculation. Taking slow, intentional deep breaths is the key to long-drawn-out sex without getting worn out. You get more aroused and thrilled with fast, shallow breathing. Deep breathing has a calming effect which takes attention away from your genitals.

4. Control Your PC Muscles.

What are the PC muscles? They are a band of muscles found around your genitals and anus. You use them in checking urine flow. They come in handy controlling premature ejaculation. When you feel your self approaching ejaculation, hold back from ejaculating by squeezing your pc muscles. This is done precisely the same way you hold back urine flow.

5. Massage Your Perineum.

You can find this spot midway between your penis and anus. Rubbing it or having your partner rub it for you has a tension dispersing effect on the prostate. This gland suffers contraction and relaxation during ejaculation. Massaging it takes away the tension and prolongs ejaculation.

6. Pull your scrotal sac away from your body.

You'll observe that your scrotal sac gets nearer your body as you near ejaculation. By tenderly pulling it downward and away, you can postpone ejaculation considerably. You can enlist your partner's help in doing this.

7. Appreciate and play with your partner.

Take time to play with your partner. Appreciate her body. Tell her what a gorgeous body she has. Make her understand you love and cherish every bit of her body. Include a lot of sexual play. Making love all night doesn't mean you have active penetrative sex all that time. It's a good idea to take time off, every 30 or 40 minutes of penetrative sex, to play and kiss exclusively. That way you circulate the sexual energy concentrated on your genital through out your body. Appreciative play-filled love making guarantees longer, energizing and satisfying sex.
