5 Home Acne Treatments To Cure Your Acne Problem Fast

If you suffer from acne, then you already know how hard it is to get rid of it. The vast majority of the medications on the market don't work nowhere near as well as most of us would like. The results of this is lots of frustration. We are often left with searching for many other alternative ways to treat our acne problem. I'm going to introduce you to 5 different methods that can help treat your acne right from your very own home.

#1 Red Clover Herb

There are lots and lots of herbs that can be effective for treating acne. One of the best and safest, is red clover. It will help get rid of allot of the toxins that are in your blood and aid the liver. It's much safer to use then something like milk thistle, which can create liver problems when it is overused.

#2 Oatmeal Paste

Eating oatmeal may only aggravate your acne. However, you can use it make a paste out of it. You will need to cook the oatmeal first. After it is cooked you can rub it on your face as a paste. This will help dry up allot of the oils on your skin. If oatmeal isn't your thing, then you do something similar with baking soda.

#3 Locate Food Allergies

If your an adult with acne, then there is a good change that allot of your acne is being caused by a food allergy. The challenge is finding the foods that could be causing you to breakout. Some common ones are dairy, grains, sugar, and processed foods. Start by taking them out of your diet one at a time. Watch your acne condition very carefully to see how things go.

#4 Vitamin A

There are some studies that show acne is caused by a vitamin A deficiency in certain people. So most people with acne would benefit from making sure that they are getting enough vitamin A. Carrots are one of the best ways to get your vitamin A, but you may also choose take it in supplement form. You should know that to much vitamin A can be a bad thing too. Be sure not to over do it.

#5 Lemon Juice

This is one of my personal favorite ways to treat acne. By rubbing on some lemon juice to the infected areas, you can dry up your pimples. It will also help lighten up some of the scars that go along with acne.
