It is very important to keep in mind while you are planning your future career that not only employer gives you a job; you are also looking for the right employer. The process of career planning can be tough, but a proper and thought out plan will definitely be beneficial for your future. Your planning should include many aspects and be objective.

Do Not Afraid to Ask Somebody's Opinion

1.Ask your parents to give you their recommendations.

2.Ask your friends what they think about your personality and abilities.

3.Find career advisor and let him test your abilities and give you proper recommendations.

4.Think of your self- assessment.

Analyze all the points listed above and try to estimate your abilities objectively. Keep in mind that you are the only one who can decide what to do. Let others help you, but make crucial decision by yourself. Once you know what you want to do in the future write down the list of occupation you like. Then, for each profession write down the list of pros and cons.

1.Do you like an average salary offered in the particular field?

2.Is there a chance for you to grow professionally?

3.Will you be able to show all your ambitions?

4.Will your education allow you to do this job properly? Perhaps you do not have enough skills to make your plan work.

Once you have analyzed all advantages and disadvantages of different occupations, you should compare all results and choose the best. Try to be objective. Show this list to your parents, friends or career advisor. Be comprehensive while making this choice because it may change your whole life.

1.Try to find out more about the company you want to work for

2.Find out about the questions that are frequently asked during the interview

3.Prepare your CV and CL

In case you fail your interview, do not be disappointed. Perhaps, this job is just not for you and you should try something else. Good luck with planning your career.
