In this role, Wallace's responsibilities will spearhead all business development efforts in Northern California, including the guidance of other business development managers. He will also assist with streamlining L&W's current operations model to accommodate increasing case loads at current and future levels.

While most recently, a self-employed private investigator, Wallace has more than 33 years experience in working with and investigating insurance claims. That includes nearly a quarter of a century with CSAA Insurance and seven years with GEICO Insurance. Wallace began his career working for the U.S. Coast Guard and Department of Defense.
