Therefore, small businesses should never compromise on the quality of the talent hired as recruiting hastily to fill up a vacant position without assessing the skill set and quality may do more harm than good to the company," said Sunil Goel, director of Global Hunt India, a recruitment consulting firm in New Delhi.
