No, instead developers rewrite the ending so the game begins with Tony fighting his way out of his mansion. Once Tony has done so, he must rebuild his drug dealing kingdom. And of course, he must kill everyone who even looked at him funny in the past.

Tony must begin regaining his iron fist rule by waging war on the streets, taking territories from different gangs, selling drugs to dealers spread throughout the city, and, most importantly, gaining reputation by pimping out his new mansion, buying different cars, or helping coke dealers supply junkies their much desired coke. This is a key component in his continuous struggle to regain his top dog crime lord status. But he can't do all of this without a front. He must also create a façade of legitimate businesses to cover up running his supply of drugs through the city. But before he buys any of these businesses, he must complete a mission to prove he has the gumption to pull all of this off.

The game starts out shortly after the famous "Say hello to my little friend!" line. Starting in Little Havana, you have the chance to take a gun toting, tough talking, one-man-army Tony through a gang killing game. What fun! But with so many things to be done to ensure you become the top drug dog in the game, it makes it difficult to easily take back your empire in Miami.

First off, there is a lot of killing involved in this game. As you progress, you get what are called Balls. These are like power ups. When you fill up your Balls meter, you can activate a first person point of view that makes you invincible and gives you health for every successful kill you make.

If you want to activate this any time you want, pause the game and choose "CHEATS" in the menu and enter in the following: FPATCH. This will fill up your Balls meter whenever you want.

There are numerous missions where you end up getting chased by the cops. While they are chasing you, there is a timer that starts. If you don't outrun the cops within this time, you die. To decrease Cop Heat, pause the game, choose "CHEATS" and enter FLYSTRT.

There is no denying that getting shot hurts you. So in order to refill your health, pause the game, go into the "CHEATS" and enter MEDIK. This will refill your health anytime you type this code in.
