Every student wants to build a successful career. Though, do you know what is the shortest and the most effective way to do it? Obviously, one should have a certain idea of his/her steps towards the purpose. Now, let us define a common strategy that will be useful for everybody, no matter which career one can choose.

Strategies for a career growth:

Step 1. Choose a profession that will be interesting for you.

Step  2. Define which qualities this profession presupposes.

Step  3. Learn about yourself and, this time, define which valuable qualities you posses.

Step  4. Define your lacks. Some of your skills should be improved.

Step  5. Make some tips for your self-development.

Step  6. Organize your personal time.

Step  7. Define your long-term and short-term targets.

Step  8. Write out all your achievements every day.

Step  9. Develop your professional skills as time management, searching, and leadership skills.

Step  10. Focus on what you want to achieve.

Step  11. Believe in what you want to achieve.

Step  12. Do everything possible to fulfill your plans.

Step 13. Do not give up. Be strong and persistent.

Step  14. Use your knowledge in practice.

Step  15. Learn more about your profession.

Step  16. Take an example from your real life to follow.

Step  17. Try to define some attainable targets every day and try to fulfill them.

Step  18. Go ahead, no matter what. Do not let anybody or anything to detain you.

Step  19. Remember, stress is a common occurrence, that often happens, try not to be expose to it.

Step  20. Finally, give your body and your soul to have a little rest from time to time.
