The spirit of Radha Swami's Satsang lies in elevating soul to its creator, to the Lord of soul. It provides all he religion how to provide people the path of spirituality. It is done by abstaining alcohols, non-veg and any kind of such things which are restrained in Indian culture also. Undoubtedly the path of piety and spiritualism cannot be attained by walking on the path of brutality and unstability of mind which occurs after drinking intoxicants. Such is the preaching of Radha Soami Satsang are accompanied by the teaching of how to walk on the right path with right intention avoiding too much intimacy with the physical world. Though his disciples are not told to avoid and renounce the world, he asked people to maintain a balance between physical world and spiritual world which can be maintained by doing yoga upto two hours almost daily. His satsangs are as non-profit and non-commercial as any work done for charity. His sole intention seems to awake consciousness among people without caste and class barrier regarding their own soul and to lead them then onto the path of spirituality which is the ultimate reality of the world.
Radha Swami's approach towards pain and sorrows of life is relief making to a great extent as he says that pains and sorrows are not given rather they are acquired by one's own karmas, the actions. To reduce the pain of it one must go to satsang and attend either simran or bhajan. Swami suggests having a spiritual guru who could teach the ultimate reality that is God. The teachings of such a pious guru can take you from the dark lanes to the enlightened place. Without Guru Bhakti and Radha Soami Faith precious guidance salvation cannot be attained as without the spiritual training under him one is usually strayed. World and worldly pleasure is also as essential to maintain as being teetotaler.
