Fulfillment List

Have you got a list of things you want to accomplish in your life, before you leave this fair planet? Some big things like get married, write a book, or climb Kilimanjaro? How about fun things like SCUBA diving, learn to ballroom dance, or take a cruise to the Antarctic? How about the legacy you want to leave, like donate $10 000 to your favourite charity, act as a Big Brother or Sister, or volunteer in a soup kitchen?

Living a fulfilling life begins with a vision of what you want.

Committing thought to paper increases awareness when these opportunities arise - they act like little blips on the radar screen of your brain. When something you've written appears as a possibility, it is dead easy to say a resounding "yes" to the experience: after all, you have already decided it was something you wanted to do. Hang-gliding in New Zealand? Of course! Skydiving? You bet! Hiking in the Appalachians? Yes please!

There is something magic about writing it down - opportunities are attracted to you like a magnet. The world is an abundant and amazing place full of possibilities to be welcomed and savoured. Live life, to the fullest, NOW.

What are you waiting for? Craft your own Fulfilment List, or mind map if you are more of a creative type. Articulate the possibilities with no holds barred, and then act on those radar blips.
